As a Certification Body, we speak with informed conviction in denouncing those who disregard systems and standards—seduced by shortcuts, appearances, and the illusion of speed—only to overlook the risks and inevitable non-compliance that follow. Such cases, though common, are neither ambiguous nor unavoidable; they are clear in nature and preventable through adherence to established frameworks.
In moments of clarity, when structured decision-making prevails over impulse, the ISO standards emerge as the definitive guiding structure in an otherwise chaotic business environment.
We recognize that new challenges will arise—unsettling, yet entirely manageable. Processes, much like architectural blueprints, are designed to be followed, evaluated, and improved, though they may not always earn immediate social acceptance. We act with sincerity and diligence, even as others simulate commitment. Only a select few truly value the discipline that certification demands, and fewer still perceive the quiet strength it provides.
Excellence, as demonstrated through the ISO framework, is never a superficial display. It is a structured pursuit—aimed at measurable, lasting improvement. Time has consistently shown that performance without process inevitably declines. Frequent talk of improvement means little unless anchored in robust systems.
Organizations that neglect the value of standardization often settle into mediocrity under the illusion of brilliance. Yet, over time, fatigue from disorder sets in, and reality draws the comparison: sustainable quality belongs to those who embrace ISO not as an obligation, but as a vision for enduring excellence.
Building great future Together, Be with us
Inquiry & Eligibility Screening
We review your company profile, activities, locations, headcount, and intended standard(s) to confirm eligibility and share an information pack outlining the journey ahead.
Application & Scope Definition
You submit a formal application with legal details, processes, shifts, outsourced activities, and applicable legal/other requirements so we can define a precise certification scope.
Proposal & Contract
We issue a commercial proposal with audit days, travel (if any), a three-year program outline, and a certification agreement covering impartiality, confidentiality, complaints/appeals, and correct mark usage.
Audit Program & Team Assignment
We build a three-year audit program (Stage 1, Stage 2, surveillance in Years 1 & 2, and recertification in Year 3) and assign a competent, impartial audit team matched to your industry and complexity.
Stage 1 Audit (Readiness Review)
We evaluate your documented system, site readiness, risk/legal compliance approach, internal audits, and management review; we identify concerns and finalize the Stage 2 plan and timetable.
Stage 2 Audit (Certification Assessment)
Through process-based auditing, interviews, observation, and sampling across shifts/sites, we test conformity and effectiveness, recording objective evidence, nonconformities, and opportunities for improvement.
Nonconformity Management & Verification
You analyze root causes, implement corrections and corrective actions, and submit evidence; we verify closure (documentary or on-site) within policy timelines, especially for major nonconformities.
Independent Technical Review
A qualified reviewer—independent of the audit team—checks audit reports, evidence, NC closures, scope, audit time, and competence to confirm the integrity of the assessment.
Certification Decision
An authorized decision maker (not involved in the audit) evaluates the full file and records a grant/deny/defer decision, including scope text, sites, and certificate validity dates.
Certificate Issuance & Listing
We issue your certificate (and multi-site schedule if applicable), add you to our public directory, and provide brand guidelines for accurate and compliant mark usage.
Surveillance Audits (Years 1 & 2)
We sample key processes, changes, risk areas, legal compliance, objectives/KPIs, internal audits, management review, and previous NCs to confirm continued conformity and performance.
Special/Unscheduled Audits (As Needed)
Triggered by major changes, incidents, complaints, mergers, relocations, or scope extensions, we perform targeted evaluations that may affect certification status or scope.
Scope Changes & Extensions
When your operations evolve, we review the request, plan any needed audit time, assess the changes, and update the certificate and schedule upon approval.
Transfer of Certification
If moving from another certification body, we verify the current status and integrity of your program and past reports/NCs, then decide on transfer with continuity of validity dates.
Recertification (Year 3)
We conduct a comprehensive system effectiveness review—performance trends, legal compliance, objectives achievement, and organizational changes—then decide on renewal for the next three-year cycle.
Suspension, Withdrawal, or Scope Reduction
Persistent major NCs, misuse of marks, missed audits, unresolved complaints, or serious non-compliance can lead to suspension and, if not resolved, withdrawal or reduction of scope.
Complaints & Appeals Handling
We log, acknowledge, and impartially investigate complaints; appeals are handled by independent personnel/panels, with outcomes recorded and communicated transparently.
Impartiality, Confidentiality & Data Protection
We maintain rigorous conflict-of-interest controls, protect client information, and comply with data privacy laws, with oversight by an impartiality mechanism.
